The practice opened in 1993 and has been going strong ever since. We are affiliated with East Carolina University School of Medicine and Vidant Hospital to provide surgery and consults as needed.

We make treatment recommedation based on the best medical knowledge available at this time modified by the experience of the treating physician and the information obtained from the patient. It is then run through a simple question that most patients have: “Ok doc, if this was your eye, what would you do?” We follow the golden rule of medicine: do unto others as you would have done to your self under the same situation.

Please call if you have eye problems that need help (252) 758-2402. After hours emergency care is provided though the ER at Vidant as there is always an ophthalmologist on call that is available.
